AND…was established by founder and CEO, Cindy Birkland. AND…was created as a promise to God. After a conversation that Birkland had with God that came out of deep frustration and overwhelming anger after losing everything financial that she had in the 2008 depression, she asked God to show her EXACTLY how the losses occurred, and how she could help others to never repeat the same mistakes and not have to go through the horror of having to start completely over. Cindy started educating herself on money..money concepts and products in the financial world. She’s made it a commitment and promise to educate every single client about pitfalls, products and what a lack of knowledge can create. Birkland is known for her “no non sense” approach to savings and investing. Her fun and yet educational money workshops and seminars are not to be missed! Birkland lives in Henderson, NV and is licensed in over 7 states as a Financial Representative and Selling Agent for NIW.
